After two decades of working in computer support environments across multiple sectors, it became evident to our founder that support in its traditional sense was inherently flawed. So many potential clients don’t look at technology the way we do (a challenge to take on), they often see it as a business tool that causes them a great deal of pain rather then enabling them to be more productive. And typically the support folks are a further agent of pain!
We strive to reverse that and make your life easier by removing the causes of pain in your technology through clear, jargon free advice.
Our clients vary from home users to large multinationals. We’re happy to discuss our services with almost anybody, but we’re particularly keen to talk to photographers, VIP’s and breweries or pubs who need help with their use of technology. Why those areas?
Because we’re passionate about helping people in those fields as we have previous experience and a great amount of interest.
